How to fit a new SIM card on an iPad in three easy steps
Models with Wi – Fi and 3G iPads use micro – SIM cards to store data. A SIM card, or “Subscriber Identity Module” contains a memory that stores private details. You can access the SIM
card of the container expelling iPad SIM card on the facet of it. This container is aligned with the side panel of the iPad so you will need a removal tool to remove the card. If you don’t have this tool, you can use the end of a straightened paper clip.
- Insert the tip of the removing device or straightened paper clip into the hole on the SIM card container along with the iPad and into the hole on the SIM tray. Until the container is ejected card press firmly.
- Remove the SIM card from its box, if necessary, and put another SIM card in the pot.
- As soon as you have the SIM card on the dish, you can then pop the holder back in the iPad.
